Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing profitability, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction
• Oversee all daily casino operations, including gaming activities (slots, table games, etc.), security, and customer service standards
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure effective allocation of resources
• Ensure full compliance with applicable gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes promptly to maintain a high level of guest experience
• Analyze gaming performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
