Affiliate Team Lead


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to support and develop our affiliate marketing function across Tier-1 markets. This role combines affiliate management, team leadership, partner relationship development, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving affiliate growth, maximizing ROI, and supporting the overall affiliate strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the affiliate program strategy in line with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Coordinate and mentor affiliate team members, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Manage and develop relationships with affiliates, media partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and key KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate campaigns across CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models.
  • Negotiate standard commercial agreements and partnership terms with affiliates.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new affiliate partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, CRM, and Analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track affiliate budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a team of up to five affiliate specialists.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging affiliate marketing opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings when required.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably within Tier-1 markets.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, including CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid structures.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow affiliate partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, reporting tools, and performance marketing technologies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
