A fast-growing European women’s fashion brand, currently in an active scaling phase, is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to take ownership of operational processes and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team (online & offline): task setting, performance tracking, and deadline control
- Develop and optimize sales channels with a strong focus on revenue growth
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team (website & online store alignment)
- Ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment (speed, accuracy, SLA compliance)
- Improve customer experience and manage returns processes
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations; contribute to assortment matrix planning
We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in managing sales and operational processes (E-commerce & Retail)
- Strong understanding of how operational decisions impact revenue
- Team management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, growth-oriented environment
- Strong negotiation skills with partners, contractors, and internal teams
- Confidence in representing and protecting the brand’s interests
- English proficiency is an advantage
