You'll have the autonomy to own your market, influence commercial strategy, and work closely with product and leadership teams to drive growth.
What You'll Do
Own the Entire Revenue Cycle
- Develop and execute your territory strategy.
- Identify, engage, and convert net-new enterprise customers.
- Manage opportunities from first outreach through negotiation, contract signature, and expansion.
Drive Strategic Enterprise Sales
- Challenge existing approaches and educate prospects on new ways to solve business problems.
- Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI-driven value propositions.
Lead Commercial Negotiations
- Structure commercial agreements that maximize long-term value.
- Own pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal execution.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Ensure solutions are commercially attractive, technically sound, and aligned with customer objectives.
- Bring customer and market insights back into the business to help shape future strategy.
What We're Looking For
Proven Enterprise Hunter
- A strong track record of acquiring new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience operating in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environments.
Builder Mentality
- You've successfully sold products, solutions, or categories that were not yet established in the market.
- You're comfortable creating demand, not just responding to it.
Industry Expertise
- Experience within CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, telecom, conversational AI, customer engagement platforms, or adjacent technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of enterprise communication workflows and use cases.
Entrepreneurial Ownership
- Self-directed, highly accountable, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
- Motivated by outcomes rather than activity metrics.
