Senior Asset & Contract Manager – Critical Infrastructure

Location: East Anglia (Norfolk region)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + Executive Benefits

I am currently partnering with one of the UK’s leading infrastructure asset management groups. They manage a £3bn investment portfolio, and they need a commercially sharp manager to oversee a high-stakes, large-scale healthcare facility in the Norfolk area.

The Reality of the Role

This isn't a hands-on facilities job; it is a position of commercial oversight and governance. You will act as the crucial link between the investors who funded the infrastructure, the public sector client operating within it, and the third-party facilities team tasked with maintaining it.

Your core focus will be holding those service providers accountable. You will monitor their performance against complex service agreements, ensure strict health and safety compliance, manage the financial and operational reporting, and ultimately protect the asset's value by mitigating risks and preventing contractual penalties.

Who We Need

We are looking for a commercial diplomat. You need the technical grounding to understand large-scale building operations and the contractual sharpness to enforce service agreements effectively.

• You have a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure, hard facilities, or complex operational contracts.
• You are entirely comfortable navigating compliance and health and safety regulations (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent is expected).
• You possess the authority required to manage third-party vendors and the tact to advise and negotiate with senior public sector stakeholders.

• Base salary up to £85,000.
