Oracle Financials Technical Developer (EBS & OCI Migration) | Contract | Inside IR35

• 📍 3 days per week on-site (hybrid)
• 💷 £700–£750 per day, Inside IR35
• 📄 Contract - initial 12 months

We're working with a leading investment bank / financial services firm to find an experienced Oracle Financials Technical Developer for a contract role supporting and evolving their Oracle Financials estate.

This is a great opportunity to work across both BAU support and a major Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration programme, moving a mature on-premises Oracle EBS environment into the cloud.

The role:

• Support and maintain core Oracle EBS modules - iProc, iExp, PO, AP, GL, AR and FA (Oracle Release 12.2.x)
• Ensure system availability, technical enhancements and defect resolution across the Oracle EBS estate
• Play a key technical role in the migration of Oracle Financials from on-premises infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) — covering analysis, application/data migration, interface remediation, testing and deployment
• Work closely with Finance, Technology, infrastructure teams, vendors and implementation partners throughout the transition
• Identify opportunities to modernise and improve resilience, scalability and supportability within OCI
• Document current-state architecture, integrations and customisations to support the migration and future operations

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on Oracle EBS development and support experience
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations
• Comfortable engaging with both IT and business stakeholders at all levels
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and strong sense of product ownership
• Experience within investment banking or financial services is desirable
