What You Need to Bring

• An RICS-accredited property degree (or currently working towards a relevant property qualification).
• A genuine interest in the Cambridge commercial property market and occupier trends.
• Strong communication skills—you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to clients, tenants, and solicitors.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and a driving licence (with access to your own vehicle).
