Position:             Commercial Insurance Broker

Salary:                 £35,000 - £45,000 basic plus £75k OTE

We are currently recruiting exclusively for a Commercial and Fleet Insurance brokerage based in

Bristol. They are currently a small team who are passionate about their culture and their focus on Customer Service is second to none. They are seeking a motivated, hungry, customer focussed Commercial Insurance Broker to join the growing team.

We are seeking candidates who have experience in:

·     Commercial Combined Insurance

·     Commercial Profit Insurance

·     Professional Indemnity Insurance

Responsibilities:

·     Building strong relationships with business clients to understand their insurance needs.

·     Reviewing existing policies to uncover risks, gaps, or savings opportunities.

·     Placing business with a panel of insurers, negotiating the best cover and price.

·     Preparing and submitting accurate policy documentation and renewal information.

·     Advising on commercial policies.

·     Staying sharp on industry trends, legislation, and product updates.

·     Delivering a top-tier service that keeps clients coming back.

Experience:

·     Proven experience in commercial insurance broking (essential).

·     Confident communicator who builds trust easily—on the phone, in person, or via email.

·     Skilled in using insurance platforms, ideally Acturis.

·     Deep product knowledge in Commercial Insurance.

·     Negotiation skills that consistently deliver for clients.

·     A proactive, organised approach with genuine enthusiasm for what you do.

Salary:

Up to £55,000 basic with the following OTE

Year 1 bonus    -             £8,000 - £15,000

Year 2 bonus    -             £15,000 - £25,000

Years 3 bonus   -             £30,000 >
