Are you an experienced Insurance Broker with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Do you have experience in motor, fleet or car, bike and van insurance? We’re exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing Commercial and Fleet brokerage based in Bristol who are looking to expand their high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business specialising in *fleet insurance* and *car, bike and van insurance*, where all leads are inbound and pre-qualified — meaning you can focus purely on advising and closing.

The Role

As a Fleet Insurance Broker, you will:

·     Handle 100% inbound calls from customers seeking quotes for fleet insurance.

·     Communicate with clients to fully understand their requirements and recommend suitable cover.

·     Analyse existing policies and identify gaps in cover across their fleet insurance portfolios.

·     Negotiate with insurers to secure the best possible rates and terms.

·     Market risks effectively to insurers using Acturis (preferred).

·     Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

·     Experience selling motor, fleet, bike or van insurance.

·     Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

·     Confident negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

·     Experience using an insurance operating system (Acturis highly desirable).

·     A motivated, hungry mindset with a passion for closing business.
