Support Worker – Children’s Residential (EBD)

Canterbury

£13.45 per hour + £50 per sleep in

Full time, 7am to 10.30pm shifts

We are working with a genuinely child focused provider in Canterbury who are looking to bring in Support Workers to a well run 5 bed home supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs.

The role

You will be supporting children in a 5 bed home, helping to create a safe, stable and nurturing environment. This includes:

• Supporting daily routines, education and activities
• Building positive relationships and being a consistent role model
• Managing behaviours in a calm and structured way
• Working as part of a close knit team
• Completing records and contributing to care plans
