About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Cyprus (Larnaka). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to build awareness of our telecommunications platform and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outbound outreach, and inbound inquiries
  • Use multiple channels including email, phone, social media, and industry events

Prospecting & Pipeline Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Engage with leads to assess interest and readiness for the next stage

Sales Outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns
  • Introduce prospects to our telecommunications platform and its value
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

Market Research

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Use insights to improve messaging and targeting

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of leads
  • Provide detailed notes and context on each qualified opportunity

Sales Messaging & Optimization

  • Develop and refine sales scripts and outreach strategies
  • Personalize communication for different customer segments
  • Use automation tools to run and optimize outreach sequences

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report key metrics such as:
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Conversion rates
  • Outreach performance
  • Pipeline growth


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development or outbound sales
  • Experience in technology or telecommunications is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • English - fluent
