Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full payroll cycle for up to 300 employees
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, annual leave, sick leave, and statutory deductions
• Prepare payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations
• Calculate PAYE, Social Insurance, GESY, and other payroll-related contributions
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and statutory filings in Cyprus
• Support management reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
• Prepare payroll-related information for audits
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Payroll Accountant or Accountant
• Proven experience independently processing payroll for 300+ employees
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus payroll legislation and reporting requirements
• Experience with IR7, IR1, Social Insurance, and Tax Office submissions
• Understanding of management accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with payroll and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
