Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Compliance Specialist to support legal, compliance, onboarding, and risk management activities across multiple business entities operating in the digital services and technology sectors.

This role combines legal administration, contract management, compliance oversight, and partner due diligence. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating business risks, and maintaining effective relationships with partners, payment providers, and service vendors.


Key Responsibilities

Legal & Contract Management

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential business partners, identifying legal, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Analyze ownership structures, corporate documentation, and legal frameworks to assess counterparties and support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare legal summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations for management.
  • Communicate with counterparties regarding legal matters, documentation requests, and compliance requirements.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain a wide range of legal and commercial agreements, including:
  • Service Agreements
  • Employment Contracts
  • AML/CFT Policies
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Privacy Policies
  • Other corporate and operational documentation
  • Ensure legal documents remain up to date and aligned with current regulatory requirements and business needs.

Compliance & Partner Onboarding

  • Manage KYC/KYB verification processes for clients, partners, service providers, and vendors.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation to support onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate the collection, verification, and review of corporate records and supporting documents.
  • Draft responses to compliance, risk, and due diligence inquiries from partners and financial institutions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance procedures and controls.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assist in updating internal policies accordingly.

Risk & Operational Support

  • Identify potential compliance and operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and document management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.
  • Assist with ad hoc legal, compliance, and corporate governance projects as required.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract drafting, corporate documentation, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with KYC/KYB, AML/CFT requirements, and due diligence procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and identify practical solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
