Location: Remote or Limassol, Cyprus (office optional)
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager — a strong leader who can effectively manage both a team and partner-driven projects.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of results, and builds scalable processes that allow teams to perform without micromanagement.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team of Account Managers: task setting, prioritization, and performance management
- Act as the main escalation point for complex partner cases
- Optimize and improve partner management processes
- Monitor deadlines, budgets, and content quality
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support team development through feedback, mentoring, and coaching
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or digital roles
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager
- Experience managing middle/junior Account Managers
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling complex cases, conflicts, and escalations
- KPI-driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience working with analytics and tools (UTM, KPI tracking, CRM, reporting, Google Sheets)
Requirements
- English level: B1+ or higher (B2 is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, CRM systems, task trackers, and Telegram
- Understanding of social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Telegram
