PSP Manager (iGaming)


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our Payments team and support the growth of a fast-paced international iGaming business operating across multiple Tier-1 markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing payment service providers, optimizing payment performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring seamless deposit and withdrawal processes across multiple brands and jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with PSPs, payment aggregators, acquirers, and banking partners.
  • Oversee payment operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and customer verification processes.
  • Monitor and optimize payment performance across all brands and markets.
  • Analyze key payment metrics, including approval rates, payment conversion, chargebacks, fraud indicators, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate new PSP integrations and payment launches from negotiation through implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve payment efficiency and customer experience.
  • Participate in payment strategy discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of the payment infrastructure.


Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a PSP Manager, Payments Manager, Payment Operations, or similar role.
  • Mandatory experience within the iGaming industry (Online Casino and/or Sportsbook).
  • Hands-on experience managing payment operations, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Proven track record of negotiating with PSPs to improve commercial terms, increase approval rates, and reduce processing costs.
  • Strong understanding of key payment metrics, including:
  • Approval Rate
  • Deposit Success Rate
  • Payment Conversion Rate
  • Chargeback Ratio
  • Withdrawal Processing Time
  • Knowledge of payment routing, cascading, BIN optimization, and conversion enhancement strategies.
  • Understanding of AML, KYC, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and risk management processes.
  • Experience working with multiple payment providers simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.


Nice to Have

  • Established network of PSP contacts within the iGaming sector.
  • Experience working across Canada, Australia, Portugal, New Zealand, and other Tier-1 markets.
  • Experience collaborating with payment aggregators.
  • Familiarity with Fintech Hub or similar payment management platforms.
