Build the Operational Engine Behind the Future of Payments

At DNS Pay, we're redefining the way businesses accept payments worldwide.

As an international Payment Service Provider (PSP), we deliver secure, scalable, and innovative payment solutions that help businesses grow across global markets.

As we continue our international expansion, we're looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to transform a fast-growing company into a world-class operational organization.

This isn't a traditional operations role.

We're looking for a builder—someone who thrives in creating structure from complexity, designing scalable operational systems, aligning teams around shared goals, and building an organization capable of growing rapidly without sacrificing quality, efficiency, or customer experience.

Working directly alongside the CEO, you'll become one of the company's key executives, translating strategy into execution while ensuring every department operates as one high-performing organization.

Your Mission

Build and scale an operational framework that enables DNS Pay to grow internationally while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, exceptional client experience, and execution at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Operational Leadership
  • Define and execute the company's operational strategy across all business functions.
  • Lead day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Design scalable operational processes that support sustainable international growth.
  • Build an operational culture driven by ownership, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish company-wide KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems.
  • Improve operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and resource planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks, remove operational friction, and improve cross-functional decision-making.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives from planning through successful execution.
  • Develop governance models, internal policies, and operational standards that support long-term scalability.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new markets, products, partnerships, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with the CEO on organizational design, strategic planning, and company scaling.
  • Support department leaders in building stronger teams and improving operational effectiveness.
  • Continuously strengthen operational resilience, business continuity, and execution quality.
