Head of B2B Sales

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of B2B Sales to lead and scale the US commercial function. This role is focused on owning the full revenue engine - from pipeline generation to retention and expansion - while building a high-performing, AI-enabled sales organization.

You will act as a key commercial leader, partnering closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data/AI, SalesOps, Customer Support, Product) and driving the execution of the company’s long-term growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Own the revenue outcome

  • Lead B2B revenue delivery across retention, expansion, new business, and product launches
  • Build transparent revenue models and forecasts with clear growth drivers
  • Own quota setting, pipeline management, and sales performance

Drive retention & account growth

  • Develop and execute structured account management strategies for key clients
  • Implement proactive health checks and reactivation strategies
  • Improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR)

Scale expansion through AI-driven workflows

  • Embed AI-powered insights into daily sales operations
  • Transition sales execution from intuition-based to system-driven
  • Partner with Data/AI teams to continuously improve performance models

Build a new business engine

  • Define ICPs and develop a scalable new-logo acquisition strategy
  • Build and manage the outbound prospecting function and target-account motions
  • Partner with Marketing on demand generation and conversion

Execute product go-to-market

  • Lead the commercial side of product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Turn product releases into predictable revenue streams

Ensure operational excellence

  • Maintain full CRM discipline (HubSpot) and structured pipeline management
  • Leverage tools like Gong and BI dashboards for insights and coaching
  • Replace manual reporting with automated performance tracking

Lead and develop the team

  • Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team
  • Evolve team structure and roles as the business grows
  • Build a strong leadership bench

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading B2B sales teams in a $30M+ revenue environment
  • Strong track record of delivering results within structured CRM-driven sales processes
  • Experience across both retention/expansion and new business acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot (or Salesforce), Gong, Intercom, BI platforms
  • AI-native mindset: practical experience using AI/ML tools in sales workflows
  • Strong leadership, ownership, and decision-making skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
