Position Overview
The Director is the legally appointed representative of the PT company in Indonesia and is
responsible for managing full compliance with Indonesian corporate, tax, labor and regulatory
requirements. The Director controls the company's financial administration, statutory reporting,
payroll, accounting, invoicing and corporate governance while coordinating with external
accountants, tax consultants, auditors, banks and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Governance & Legal Compliance
- Act as the official Director of the PT company in accordance with Indonesian Company
Law.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain the company's legal standing and corporate licenses.
- Represent the company before government authorities, regulators, banks and business
partners when required.
- Maintain statutory corporate records and documentation.
- Coordinate shareholder resolutions and Board decisions.
- Ensure compliance with OSS (Online Single Submission) requirements.
2. Government Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
Responsible for timely preparation, submission, and compliance with statutory reports, including
but not limited to:
- Cortex reporting
- BPJS Kesehatan
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- PPh 21 (Employee Income Tax)
- SPT Masa and Annual Tax Reporting
- SABH (Legal Entity Administration System)
- OSS reporting and updates
- NIB and business license compliance
- LKPM reporting (if applicable)
- Coordination with the Indonesian Tax Office (DJP)
Ensure all statutory filings are accurate and submitted before regulatory deadlines.
3. Accounting & Finance
- Handle the company's accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting
Standards (SAK).
- Review monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate external accounting firms and auditors.
- Ensure proper document retention and financial controls.
- Support annual audits.
4. Invoicing & Billing
- Control customer invoicing.
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time.
5. Payroll & HR Administration
Responsible for:
- Employee payroll
- Salary and bonus calculations
- Commission payments (where applicable)
- Employment documentation
- Payroll tax compliance
- BPJS registrations and contributions
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
6. Tax Compliance
Maange and ensure timely submission of:
- PPh 21• Corporate Tax
- Monthly tax reporting
- Annual tax reporting
Coordinate with tax advisors regarding tax planning and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate management, finance, accounting or
company administration in Indonesia.
- Experience serving as Director, Country Manager, Finance Manager or General Manager
is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and tax regulations.
- Experience managing payroll and employee administration.
- Familiarity with BPJS, PPh 21, SABH, OSS, Cortex and other statutory reporting
systems.
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT, software development, digital services, telecommunications or
technology companies.
- Experience working with foreign-owned PT PMA companies.
- Experience coordinating with external accounting firms and auditors.
- Knowledge of international financial reporting practices.
Company Business Activities (KBLI)
The Director will control compliance and operations related to the company's licensed business
activities, including:
- KBLI 62029 – Other Computer Programming Activities
- KBLI 62019 – Other Computer Consulting and Computer Facilities Management
Activities
- KBLI 73100 – Advertising Activities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% on-time submission of all statutory reports (Cortex, BPJS, PPh 21, SABH, OSS,
LKPM, etc.)
- Zero regulatory penalties or compliance breaches.
- Accurate monthly financial statements delivered by agreed deadlines.
