Our client is a fast-growing iGaming company focused on scaling user acquisition across multiple markets and products. The team is looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer who can drive performance, manage substantial advertising budgets, and build efficient media buying processes.
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role for an experienced media buying professional with a proven background in iGaming. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale acquisition campaigns, optimizing traffic performance across multiple GEOs, and leading a media buying team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid traffic campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets starting from $20,000+ while maintaining profitability and performance KPIs.
- Drive user acquisition for both Android and iOS products.
- Work with PWA and web-based applications, optimizing traffic funnels and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across various GEOs, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, analytics, and CRM teams to maximize ROI.
- Test new traffic sources, creatives, funnels, and scaling strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the media buying team.
- Build, optimize, and improve media buying processes, reporting structures, and performance frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Media Buying within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $20,000+ per month.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Android and iOS traffic.
- Practical experience promoting PWA and web applications.
- Solid understanding of acquisition strategies across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 GEOs.
- Proven experience managing and developing media buying teams.
- Experience building and improving media buying processes and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on performance data.
- Experience with tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- English level sufficient for professional communication.
