Marketing Lead — Crypto CEX Trading Platform

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-driven Marketing Lead to join a fast-growing crypto CEX startup built within an already successful international product ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands high-risk traffic verticals, and knows how to turn users into active traders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Develop and execute a scalable acquisition strategy for the crypto exchange
• Drive user growth and conversion into active traders
• Work closely with CPA networks, affiliates, and partners generating gambling/forex/crypto traffic
• Launch, test, and optimize acquisition funnels across multiple paid channels
• Build onboarding and retention mechanics focused on trading activity
• Analyze user behavior, campaign efficiency, and funnel performance
• Improve conversion metrics across the entire customer journey
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to accelerate platform growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth
• Proven background in crypto, forex, gambling, betting, or similar high-risk verticals
• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, user behavior, and conversion mechanics
• Experience working with analytics and product tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Quintly, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
• Understanding of how crypto/CEX audiences think, behave, and convert
• Experience scaling traffic and optimizing acquisition economics
• Comfortable working in startup environments with high ownership and fast execution

Important Notes

• We are looking for someone focused on traffic quality and trader conversion — not just low CPL numbers
• Candidates from purely corporate/non-performance environments are unlikely to fit
• Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in crypto, gambling, forex, or affiliate-driven ecosystems
• It’s important that the candidate understands not only how to acquire users, but why users convert and what drives long-term engagement
