We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of VIP to lead and scale our VIP department. This role is critical to building long-term relationships with high-value players, optimizing VIP engagement strategies, and delivering exceptional player experiences.
You will be responsible for setting the vision for VIP operations, leading a high-performing team, and driving key KPIs related to retention, loyalty, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage VIP players
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of VIP / Account Managers
- Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with high-value players
- Define, monitor, and deliver KPIs for the VIP department and individual team members
- Analyze player behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize engagement
- Manage VIP programs, bonuses, promotions, and special events
- Oversee the VIP department budget, resources, and incentive structures
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Head of VIP, VIP Team Lead, or similar role in the iGaming industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term player relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage player expectations
- Solid understanding of iGaming products and player behavior
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a strong plus
