Block Manager, High Risk Buildings

Location: Leeds, hybrid
Salary: Around £35,000 plus car allowance

The opportunity

An opportunity to manage a residential block portfolio with specific High Risk Building responsibilities for an established property management business.

What you will do

• Oversee day to day block operations, contractors and residents
• Coordinate statutory compliance, building safety actions and major works
• Prepare and monitor service charge budgets and report to clients
• Manage site inspections, resident communications and issue resolution

What we are looking for

• Practical residential block management experience
• Direct experience of High Risk Buildings and building safety requirements
• Sound leasehold and service charge understanding
• Organised, confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders

Package and application

Hybrid role based around Leeds. Approximately £35,000 plus car allowance, with other benefits to be confirmed.
