Service Charge Manager

The opportunity

Join a large residential property management organisation in a service charge leadership role, supporting accurate budgeting, financial reporting and leaseholder communications for a residential block portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review and monitoring of service charge budgets
• Coordinate year end accounts, reconciliations and responses to financial queries
• Support property management colleagues with expenditure and financial reporting
• Maintain robust controls, compliance and clear communication with clients and leaseholders
• Identify and deliver improvements in accuracy, timeliness and service

About you

• Strong track record in residential service charge accounting or management
• Knowledge of leasehold property service charge processes
• Ability to explain complex financial information to non finance stakeholders
• Good organisation, attention to detail and potential team leadership
