Senior Employment Solicitor

Location: Warwick, flexible/hybrid options
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000

The opportunity

Join Moore & Tibbits in a key role shaping and developing its employment law team. This position offers senior client responsibility alongside mentoring and supervision of junior colleagues.

What you will do

• Advise employers and other clients on contentious and non contentious employment matters
• Manage an independent caseload, deliver commercially focused advice and build client relationships
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Support the continued development of a high performing employment practice

What we are looking for

• Qualified solicitor with at least four years post qualification experience
• Strong technical command of employment law
• Commercial awareness and confident client handling
• Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues

Package and application
