Quality Inspector, Metrology, Afternoon Shift

Location: Royal Leamington Spa

The opportunity

Join a busy precision engineering operation in a quality inspection position with independent responsibility on an afternoon shift and potential progression into shift management.

What you will do

• Programme and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS
• Complete first off, in process and final dimensional inspections
• Interpret engineering drawings, record results and flag non conformances
• Maintain inspection organisation and coordinate with production and quality colleagues

What we are looking for

• Demonstrable PC-DMIS programming and operating capability
• Level 2 quality inspection capability or equivalent practical experience
• Confident working independently without close supervision
• FARO measurement experience advantageous

Package and application

Proposed afternoon hours 15:00 to 23:30, subject to confirmation. Salary and any shift premium to be discussed. Progression potential.
