General Practice Surveyor

Location: Dorking / Reigate, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 plus benefits

The opportunity

An established independent property practice is seeking a versatile surveyor to deliver lease advisory and professional valuation work across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. The position offers a broad caseload, client contact and opportunity to develop within an experienced team.

What you will do

• Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and lease advisory instructions
• Prepare valuations for probate, SIPPs, share transfers and matrimonial matters
• Inspect commercial and residential property and prepare clear reports
• Advise private and professional clients and manage work from instruction to completion

What we are looking for

• Proven general practice surveying experience covering lease advisory and valuation
• Strong client communication, report writing and professional judgement
• Able to plan inspections and manage a varied caseload
• RICS qualification and valuation credentials to be discussed

Package and application

Predominantly office based during initial three month induction; up to one day working from home may be considered thereafter. Site visits are part of the role. Benefits details to be confirmed.
