Block Manager – Evesham

Salary: Up to £35,000

Working Pattern: Hybrid after probation

A well established and growing regional property management business is looking to appoint a Block Manager to join its Evesham office. This role offers long term stability, structured support, and the opportunity to work within a larger organisation with strong systems and processes in place.

Following a successful probation period, the role offers hybrid working, balancing office, site, and home working.

Role Overview:

• End to end management of a residential block portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders and directors
• Carrying out regular site inspections
• Managing service charge budgets and expenditure
• Instructing and overseeing contractors and consultants
• Ensuring compliance with lease, health and safety, and statutory requirements
• Attending and chairing AGMs and directors meetings

Requirements:

• Experience in residential block management
• Understanding of service charges and leasehold legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of property management systems beneficial
