Regional Manager, Residential Property

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus car allowance and benefits

The opportunity

TemplePM is seeking an experienced regional leader to oversee the delivery of residential property and block management services across London. This opportunity is suited to a commercially focused manager who can support property management teams while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of property or block managers across an assigned portfolio
• Oversee building compliance, health and safety, budgets and service standards
• Manage escalated customer, client and operational issues
• Coach team members, monitor performance and drive consistent improvements
• Work with contractors, leaseholders and internal departments to deliver planned works

About you

• Strong track record in residential leasehold block management
• Experience managing and developing property management staff
• Good grasp of service charge budgeting, compliance and building safety
• Confident communicator able to lead across multiple locations

Package

Salary up to £60,000 plus car allowance and benefits. Exact working pattern and package to be confirmed.
