The opportunity

An engineering opportunity for a capable CNC Turner to work with precision metallic components and modern turning equipment at Protec Group.

What you will do

• Set and operate a Doosan 2000SY twin spindle lathe with bar feeder
• Work confidently with a Fanuc controller and existing programmes
• Interpret drawings, select tooling and check dimensions against tolerances
• Maintain safe methods, machine condition and consistent component quality

What we are looking for

• Practical CNC turning experience with suitable complex machinery
• Fanuc knowledge and competent machine setting
• Experience of twin spindle and bar fed production desirable
• Good engineering drawing literacy and inspection discipline
