Senior Private Client Solicitor

The opportunity

Moore & Tibbits is recruiting an experienced solicitor to join its established Wills and Probate team. Take responsibility for a varied private client caseload and support the development of junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters
• Handle administration of trusts and estates
• Advise on deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement
• Provide tax and estate planning advice
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues

About you

• Qualified solicitor with at least four years PQE in private client
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, trusts and probate
• Commercial awareness and confident client service
• Previous experience mentoring junior colleagues
