Head of Building Surveying

Location: Hertford
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 plus bonus

The opportunity

A senior player manager opportunity to lead an established surveying team, combining professional oversight, client delivery and hands on instructions.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor and allocate work across three surveyors and an administrator
• Personally manage technical surveying, lease advisory and client instructions
• Maintain reporting quality, timescales, client communication and commercial delivery
• Support business development and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• Experienced building surveyor with sound technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• MRICS preferred, although substantial relevant experience and lease advisory expertise may be considered
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring or leading professional staff
• Ability to combine management responsibilities with fee earning work

Package and application
